The only reason its low is because "we" are to high for the dungeon meaning the Mob are not giving enough Wrath from their attacks. When running a 24-25 Dungeon that shouldnt be an issue from what admin has explained above.

(And the other higher lvl dungeons arent competed to what admin has planned for them, so testing these atm wouldn't be worth it)

Catacombs dungeon entry will be limited to level 14-22. So level 23+ will not be able to enter that dungeon after we are done.

Hmm so if I miss the Wisdom ring that Sozyp drops for example between lvls 14 and 22 I can never get it? It's bound on pickup atm.

Shouldn't this be more split in 2 groups that people under lvl 22 can group together and people above lvl 23 can group as well to go in.

Unless Catacombs gear is not BoP which can change everything

Surely a new Ring even better than the one there will be available at the higher dungeon then.

Though I can see where you're coming from, wouldnt you just "full cap lvl" then go back to smaller/lower dungeons and rake in the gear/rewards.

If there is a split beween groups how will say Lvl 45 work? different dungeons per lvl tier?

If this is added is there a way to increase the difficulty of the Dungeon per tier?

We will not make the limit until better item is in the higher level dungeon.

As far as I can tell wrath is just like you said. Once a battle has 'engaged' wrath loss stops. Tested on various mobs in desert area.
