The only reason its low is because "we" are to high for the dungeon meaning the Mob are not giving enough Wrath from their attacks. When running a 24-25 Dungeon that shouldnt be an issue from what admin has explained above.
(And the other higher lvl dungeons arent competed to what admin has planned for them, so testing these atm wouldn't be worth it)
