Cool, good to know so besides speed heel where there be away for rogues to catch up to mages and other classes that could kite them?

Speed heel, stuns, lurn is all good.

Yeah but I mean when you are in combat and speed heel is on CD and the Mage hopped away, will there be a shadow blink or shadow step type spell?

Liquidation for me, I'm a fan of stealthing and using dirty tricks

Although, if Neutralization has VERY strong Damage over time w/ poisons, I would like to try that out so I can watch my enemies suffer from the safety of my stealth ^_^

At 11 I picked up a new on from trainer called "Deflect", although it has no explanation and I cant seem to find it here. Anyone know what it is?

it boost your abilty to defelct enemy melee attack btw it is a passive skill no need to put it hotbar
