I'l be honest I see some cool Elf Male Hair Styles, Human male, Female Dwarf Hair and face nr1 is very well done too, most of the other I don't really like at all, but I don't care about them that much as well.
Here is something that I DO care about and that I do want to discuss.
Elf Female.
Lets start with Elf Female. Ears are the pride and glory on Elves and those ears can really use some improvement. I'm okay with how long they are, but there is still something missing from it. I couldn't figure it out at first, but now I know it, it's the form factor and direction. They look way too linear to me, meaning I'd really like there to be added some curve in it and another thing is the direction. I don't want to break off artist art, but I'd really really want them to do something about it.
I got 2 examples here off the web. Obviously I know they can't look like this, but this is just a slightest example I want the ears to look like. This is what I mean with curved
IF you don't agree then at least consider this. Changing the direction like this.
Having played Elf Classes in all games I can't accept them yet.
That being I'd like you to do something about the eyebrows as well cause atm it looks they have been shaved off.
I like the second face very much and will probably use it for my char, the first one looks like it could use a slight nose job, making it a bit less big. Also We have Purple eyes (BEAUTIFUL) and 2 times green, can't we do something more about the one of the 2 green eyes changing it in another color.
And now let me end with the hairstyles. First of all. Unless you want to make fun of your character or they are done right (which rarely happens) nobody likes twintails. They are not an extra option they take an option away, but okay I don't judge. Sticking to the weaved hair style (I'm sorry I don't know what's it called in English) I'd way rather see 2 braids that are placed right.
These are also 2 braids, but they don't start from behind. They start from top.
There should always be a short hard version and the 2nd cafe hairstyle covers it very well so thanks for that.
Now coming to the last one I see it's a pony tail. I won't break this one off, but just saying that a one sided braid over the shoulder is way more tasteful.
Another note I'd like to make is that all 3 hairstyles have a clean forehead. Does is really have to stay that way?

Human Women. Lets start with that purple lipstift. REMOVE IT! They look whores on crack with it.
2nd Hairstyle is beautiful and props to the artist for it. The third one or more exactly those things coming out are ridiculous. The 4th one just looks over 40. I doubt players escape into MMORPGS to play with character that looks like a mom. No offense.
