Its true, you cant log in after the 3 months but the prices for subscription are CHEEEAP sometimes they even give away a free month on holidays so give it a try.

It's definitely worth it's money! The sad part is that it such amazing potential and never taped into that. After last lvl for a business model it was a great idea, for a game it sucked.

How's it worth its money when you have to subscribe (if I subscribe to a game, I would prefer if it opened ALL content, as by the time you get to Cap to start going for 'beast' gear you would have spent a bit on subscription anyway right?) and then further spend a bomb on 'Runes' just become a top player (best gear etc).. then to have it all taken away from you in a touch of a hax0r? :p

Wouldn't spend one minute on it now to tell you the truth.

Man O&C was a ok game until the end then thers the begging and all so play till lvl 60 then leave

Hmm well i see it more like this. Paying 0,99€ or 7,99€ depending on promotion for 3 months of fun quite reasonable. It's not like there is no content at all. I have paid 15€ for apps like Chaos Rings when it came out and finished it in mere 30 hours.

I haven't nor will replay either of these games. Same goes for FFI, FFII, FF III and FF Tactics that I bought.

Also although it wasn't implemented by Gameloft you could play O&C on Edge (20kb/s) without any lag whatsoever. I could play it while riding a train without being interrupted. It gave me a decent 20% extra battery and was a nice feature for MMORPG. Couldn't do the same with Pocket Legends.

At the time yes, but would you have gone through all that knowing what you do now? As a member in thread said try it out, then you said its well worth its money lol..

What I'm getting at is, is it worth playing right now if you had the chance?

Hmm but lets see. From the list above and in general I hear that there is a lot of hacking. I knew that their customer service is crap way before O&C came out, but I stand by my point. The game engine is decent and I find that their devs did a decent thing putting it together. I know that when I was playing a few months/ (maybe year now!?) back there where 5000 people online a day on my EU server (although I checked that only twice, but in any case there are always people around), the game runs smoothly. I doubt that the PvE part of the game is damaged unless someone who's playing proves me wrong.

As for trolls blacklisting has been my tradition since 2001.

My biggest concern when I left was that there was no end-game content and adding 3 easy dungeons won't help with it either.

I'd probably try it out even to see if all rumors where true.
